The Scapula: of a Wee Goat

This wee goat wandered too far from the flock and met a lonely demise. I found the remains of a small adolescent Nubian goat in the woods neighboring a small hobby farm a few summers ago. I called the phone number on the no trespassing sign at his property line to notify the owner. He had lost 4 goats that year due to a bad spot in his fence he hadn't found yet. I asked if I could walk the line and try finding it for him in exchange for the remains I found. He agreed and said even if I didnt find it, I could take the bones to help keep predators away. I found the hole, and moved a big log to cover the gap. I called and left a voicemail before leaving with my bounty.
