Return Policy

JEWELRY: All sales are final. All jewelry items are one of a kind and I very rarely remake items due to limited and unique supplies. Since I source all bone and other organic materials myself, it is common that I will not have duplicates of each element used.

CUSTOMS & CURIOS: Due to the fragile nature of custom orders and curio displays all sales are final. I do not offer returns on these items. I use generous and practical packing supplies when shipping fragile items but with how rough shipping handlers are these days, safety is not 100% guaranteed.

MINOR REPAIRS: If a minor element of your order was damaged in shipping I may be willing to provide replacement pieces, when applicable, on a case by case basis. Since I process all specimens in house my inventory is alway fluctuating and replacement pieces may not be readily available. Please contact me via email to inquire about minor repairs.

SHIPPING DELAYS/DAMAGE: As of late, shipping times and ETAs have been very inconsistent due to COVID-19. I have no control over what happens to items once they have been turned over to the shippling handlers. I always send shipping confirmations and  tracking numbers to the emails provided by each and every customer once an item has been delivered to the post office. I am not to be held liable for any shipping delays or damages in relation to the shipping process also see once more that, all sales are final. All items shipped via USPS are insured for the dollar value (USD) that the item was purchased for at the time of sale. Please address any concerns with delays or damages directly with USPS using the tracking number provided.
